The Core Program is the comprehensive version of MOS — a structured six-session program covering the full arc of practical leadership for managers operating in demanding environments.
A program built around your team rather than a fixed syllabus. It draws on the full MOS methodology — how managers perceive and regulate themselves, communicate and lead groups, and handle friction under pressure — and shapes it to the challenges your organization is actually facing.

Honestly, this is the first leadership training I've sat through that didn't feel like theory.
