Where the Core Program follows a set arc, the Tailored Engagement is designed from your context up.

01 — Diagnosis
Before anything is designed, the engagement starts by understanding your environment: the pressures your managers face, where decisions stall, and what "good" looks like in your organization. Delivery is built on what is found, not assumed.

02 — Designing the engagement
The program is assembled from the MOS modules that matter most to your team, sequenced to your priorities. You leave the design phase with a clear picture of scope, format, and the outcomes the engagement is built to produce.

03 — Building the manager
The foundational work: how perception, blind spots, and behavior under pressure shape every decision a manager makes. Participants leave with a sharper read on themselves and the patterns that drive their judgment.

04 — Leading the team
Selected from the full system — communication, delegation, accountability, and group dynamics — weighted toward where your managers most need to grow. Participants leave able to lead the team as a system, not a collection of individuals.

05 — Handling friction under pressure
Conflict is inevitable; unmanaged conflict is not. The engagement equips managers to detect friction early, respond proportionately, and have the conversations that resolve issues rather than postpone them — calibrated to the realities of your environment.

06 — Sustaining the change
Method without a coherent leadership identity breaks down over time. The engagement closes by consolidating what was built into habits the team can sustain — so the change holds after the program ends.

Format details:

— Scope and number of sessions defined with you during design

— typically four to eight working blocks— Sessions of 90 to 120 minutes each

— Delivered as an intensive over a few days, or spread across several weeks

— adapted to the client's schedule and team rhythm

— Cohorts of +10 participants

— Delivered in-person, with online or hybrid formats available when needed
