The Core Program is the comprehensive version of MOS — a structured six-session program covering the full arc of practical leadership for managers operating in demanding environments.
It develops the complete leadership system: how managers perceive and regulate themselves, communicate and lead groups, and handle friction to sustain consistent leadership over time.
The Workshop introduces four levers; the Core Program develops the full picture. Either can stand alone.
01 — The manager as an instrument
Before leading others, managers need to understand how their own perception, blind spots, and behavior under pressure
shape every decision they make. Participants leave with a sharper read on themselves — and on the patterns that drive
their judgment.
02 — Managing yourself to lead others
Self-management as a leadership discipline. Participants leave with practical methods to organize their time, energy, and
priorities deliberately — and a clearer view of how their own state shapes the team they manage.
03 — Communicating with precision
Most execution failures are communication failures. Participants leave able to communicate with structure and clarity,
listen actively, and handle the difficult conversations they have been avoiding.
04 — Leading the group
A team is a system, not a collection of individuals. Participants leave with a clearer read of their team's real dynamics —
and with the means to delegate, set expectations, and build accountability without micromanagement.
05 — Managing friction and conflict
Conflict is inevitable. Unmanaged conflict is not. Participants leave able to detect friction early, respond proportionately,
and have the conversations that resolve issues rather than postpone them.
06 — Advanced leadership
Method without a coherent leadership identity breaks down under sustained pressure. Participants leave with a clearer
sense of the kind of leader they want to be — and with the discipline to sustain that identity over time.
